We are a Disability Confident Leader and make a strong commitment to employing, retaining, and developing disabled employees. Ensuring accessibility and reasonable adjustments for staff and service users. Leading by example and sharing best practices with local employers and partners.

Menopause Friendly Accreditation
We are proud to have achieved Henpicked Menopause Friendly Accreditation in November 2024, demonstrating our commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace for everyone. This accreditation recognises our proactive approach to raising awareness, providing resources and fostering a culture where menopause is understood and supported.
In September 2025 we were also named finalist for the Henpicked Most Open Culture Award and the Carolyn Lazarus Award, recognising our continued commitment to creating a workplace culture where everyone feels included.
Advanced Safeguarding Standards
We have successfully achieved the Child Protection in Sport Units Advanced Standards for Safeguarding and Protecting Children in Sport. We are committed to ensuring we always provide a safe, friendly and enjoyable experience for children, which puts the welfare of the children as the top priority.
