At the Youth Sport Trust, we are proud to be a Disability Confident Leader, the highest level of the UK government’s Disability Confident Scheme. We are committed to creating an inclusive, accessible workplace where everyone can bring their true selves and thrive.

Our Commitment

We welcome applications from disabled and neurodivergent candidates, recognising that different ways of thinking and working enrich our culture. We aim to remove barriers and help all candidates demonstrate their strengths.

As part of the Disability Confident Scheme, we:

• Offer an interview for all disabled applicants who meet the minimum shortlisting criteria for a role they have applied for

• Offer feedback to disabled candidates who do not meet the minimum criteria

• Make reasonable adjustments during recruitment to support individual needs

Our Process

To be considered for a guaranteed interview, please opt into the Disability Confident Scheme when completing your application through our portal.

If you require adjustments to our application or interview process, please contact us at jobs@youthsporttrust.org and we will be in touch to make the necessary adjustments.

These adjustments could include additional time to complete individual tasks, supporting documents in a larger print, use of a laptop and/or a larger screen to complete digital tasks, or a printout of interview questions.
