The Youth Sport Trust is the UK’s leading children’s charity dedicated to improving the education and development of every child through play and sport. Our mission is to equip educators and empower young people to build a brighter future for every child.

We are looking for four Project Administrators to join our Business Support team, providing high-quality project and administrative support across different areas of our work.

Opportunities are available within Girls' Football Programmes, Inclusion & Sport, the Enrichment Programme and the Learning Academy, with a mixture of permanent and fixed-term, full-time and part-time contracts. Further information about each opportunity can be found in the Job Information Pack.

As a Project Administrator, you will help keep programmes running smoothly. You will coordinate programme activity, respond to day-to-day queries, support meetings, events and training, maintain accurate programme data and records, and help ensure financial and reporting processes are completed effectively. You will work closely with colleagues and build positive relationships with schools, practitioners and other external stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, customer-focused and comfortable managing competing priorities in a busy environment. You will have experience of providing administrative or project support, excellent attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft 365 and databases or other digital systems. You will also be a strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively and can respond positively and flexibly as priorities change.

As a member of the team, we guarantee you will feel very much part of our mission and will experience fun, challenge and fulfilment in your role. Our values underpin everything we do, and we pride ourselves on a work culture which fosters innovation, creativity and personal passion. Benefits include generous annual leave entitlement, health cash plan, employee assistance programme and volunteering days.

If you are excited by the prospect of helping us improve young people’s lives through play and sport, we would love to hear from you.

Please indicate within your application which role(s) you would like to be considered for. Full details of the four opportunities, including contract terms and working hours, are provided in the Job Information Pack.
